Omar Academy is an online learning academy for children and K–12 students focused on structured Qur’an, Arabic, and Islamic Studies education. The goal is to give families a clear learning path, consistent follow-up, and progress communication rather than disconnected online lessons.
Omar Academy offers instruction in Qur’an, Arabic, and Islamic Studies. Specific course names, levels, and included materials may vary as programs are updated.
Omar Academy is designed for children and K–12 learners. Placement is based on the student’s age, current level, goals, and the program selected.
Yes. Students can begin at an introductory level. Omar Academy can use the student’s starting point and goals to guide placement and the learning path.
Classes are delivered online using the tools and student portal provided or approved by Omar Academy. Families need a reliable internet connection and a suitable device with working audio; a camera may be helpful or required for certain class activities.
Omar Academy is a supplemental online educational program. It does not represent itself as an accredited K–12 school or as a replacement for compulsory schooling unless a specific program is expressly identified otherwise.
Students follow a guided learning path rather than random lessons. Instruction may include level-based goals, teacher feedback, assignments, progress tracking, and adjustments based on how the student is developing.
Yes. Parent communication and follow-up are an important part of the Omar Academy experience. The exact frequency and format may vary by program, but parents can receive updates about progress, attendance, goals, and areas that need practice.
Placement may be based on information provided during enrollment, the student’s age and experience, learning goals, teacher observations, and any assessment Omar Academy uses for the applicable program.
Class frequency depends on the plan or schedule selected during enrollment. The current options will be shown before purchase or arranged during enrollment.
Available times depend on instructor availability and the selected program. Families can choose from available options or work with Omar Academy to identify a suitable schedule where that service is offered.
Please notify Omar Academy as early as possible. A make-up or rescheduled class depends on the amount of notice, instructor availability, the student’s plan, and the reason for the absence. Repeated no-shows may be treated as used class time where stated in the applicable enrollment terms.
Omar Academy will make reasonable efforts to offer a replacement session, rescheduled time, substitute instructor, class credit, or another appropriate solution.
Yes. You can use any available account-management option or email support@omaracademy.com to request cancellation of future renewals. Submit requests before the next renewal date whenever possible.
Yes. New students are covered by our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if Omar Academy isn't the right fit for your child, contact us within 7 days of your child's first class and we'll refund your payment. After that, payments are not automatically refundable, but Omar Academy may review refund or credit requests involving billing errors, duplicate charges, service problems, emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances. Any specific refund terms shown with your plan also apply.
Parents are welcome to stay reasonably involved, especially with younger children. The goal is to support the student without interrupting instruction. For younger learners, having a parent or responsible adult nearby is recommended.
Omar Academy aims to collect only information reasonably needed to provide the educational service, use parent or guardian involvement for minors, limit unnecessary sharing, and follow applicable children’s privacy requirements. Parents can contact support@omaracademy.com with privacy questions or requests.
A parent or guardian should create, authorize, or manage the enrollment of a child under 13 where required. Omar Academy will use parental notice and consent processes where applicable law requires them.
Not necessarily. If Omar Academy records a session for a permitted purpose, it will provide notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law or policy. Students and families may not independently record or publish classes without permission.
Routine communication with minor students should stay within approved educational channels and remain related to learning. Parents or guardians should have visibility into important scheduling, progress, and account communications.
A laptop, desktop computer, or suitable tablet with stable internet and working audio is recommended. The student should have a quiet place to learn and any books or materials identified by the instructor or course.
Depending on the program and student level, instructors may assign practice, review, memorization, reading, or other activities between classes. Consistent practice usually helps the student make stronger progress.
Progress varies from student to student. Attendance, practice, starting level, age, learning needs, and consistency all matter. Omar Academy does not guarantee a specific completion date or outcome.
Yes, subject to available programs and scheduling. Each student should have an individual learner profile or enrollment record so that progress and teacher notes can be tracked accurately.
